OMNI Tech ("the App") is a proprietary tool designed for internal technicians and authorized partners of the OMNI network. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data within our closed ecosystem.

No Public Registration: We do not offer user registration within the App. Accounts are provisioned exclusively by the OMNI HR Team.

User Identification: We collect your name, employee/partner ID, and contact information as provided by HR to facilitate secure login.

Operational Data: The App accesses customer account data, system configurations, and technical logs via the OMNI Portal to assist in field service tasks.

Location Data: To provide location-based resources and optimize dispatching, the App may request access to your device's GPS.

3. Use of Data

Data collected is used strictly for:

• Authenticating your access to the OMNI Portal.
• Documenting installation and service accuracy.
• Facilitating SMS communication via the Twilio API for professional purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with internal OMNI systems (OMNI Portal) and necessary service providers (e.g., Twilio) to execute operational tasks.

Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials provided by HR.
