1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into OMNI Tech, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and the standard operating procedures of the OMNI network.

2. Authorized Use Only

This App is for the exclusive use of OMNI internal technicians and vetted partners. Unauthorized access or attempt to circumvent the HR-provisioned login process is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action or termination of partnership.

3. Use of OMNI Portal Data

Users are granted access to sensitive customer and system data through the OMNI Portal. You agree to:

• Use data only for the purpose of completing assigned service tasks.
• Never download, screenshot, or distribute customer information for non-business purposes.
• Maintain the privacy and security of the OMNI Portal at all times.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

• Share login credentials with any other individual.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the integrated communication tools (SMS/Twilio) for personal or non-professional messaging.

5. Termination

OMNI reserves the right to revoke App access at any time, particularly upon the termination of employment or partnership, or in the event of a security breach.

6. Limitation of Liability

OMNI is not liable for any service interruptions or data loss resulting from improper use of the device or unauthorized modifications to the App.
